About This Site

Pathalis is a long-running creative world-building and tabletop role-playing project developed for personal and private tabletop gaming use. The site serves as a living archive for setting material, lore, tools, and systems connected to that world.

My name is Ben, and I have been playing and running tabletop role-playing games for over 30 years, beginning with AD&D 2nd Edition. Pathalis is the result of decades of homebrewing—settings, mechanics, cultures, and stories—refined through continuous play rather than built in isolation.

For the past 10 years, this world has been developed collaboratively with my gaming group. Many of the locations, ideas, and systems presented here grew directly out of active campaigns, shaped by player decisions, long-term consequences, and evolving narratives. The setting continues to change as those stories unfold.

Pathalis is not a commercial product. It exists to support storytelling, inspiration, and shared creativity at the table.
